Brokerage and property management services
BlueView Realty LLC provides real estate brokerage and property management services in North Carolina and South Carolina. BlueView does not provide legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, or securities advice.
BlueView serves the Charlotte metro area in North Carolina (including Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Matthews, Mint Hill, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Concord). South Carolina services are available on request. BlueView manages residential long-term rentals and small commercial / mixed-use property. BlueView does not offer short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) management. HOA services are provided as an owner-side liaison only and do not include homeowners’ association or board management.
Use of this website does not create a brokerage, agency, or property management relationship. Any such relationship is established only by a signed written agreement.
Professional boundaries
BlueView coordinates around your professional advisors and does not act as one. The following disclosures apply wherever these topics appear on this website or in our services.
Mortgage, refinancing, and loan shopping
BlueView is not a mortgage broker and receives no lender compensation. Loan shopping is performed only under written client authorization.
Tax (cost segregation, capital gains, depreciation)
BlueView coordinates with your CPA and qualified providers and does not provide tax advice.
Legal (entity formation, trusts, title)
BlueView coordinates with your attorney and does not provide legal advice.
Securities and Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs)
BlueView coordinates the real-estate process and does not provide securities advice or recommend DST investments. DSTs are available only to accredited investors.
How coordination works
Across acquisition, operations, and exit, BlueView acts as the coordinator of the real estate process — quarterbacking communication among your CPA, attorney, lender, and other advisors as appropriate. BlueView does not replace these professionals and does not render advice that is properly the role of a licensed CPA, attorney, mortgage professional, or securities or investment advisor. Decisions in those areas remain between you and your own qualified advisors.
Estimates, analyses, and performance reviews
Any rental estimate or performance review is based on available information and assumptions and is not a guarantee of future results. This includes rental analyses, hold-versus-sell analyses, portfolio reviews, and any projection of net operating income, equity, return on investment, or future value. Actual results depend on market conditions and other factors outside BlueView’s control.
Fair housing
All leasing and tenant screening comply with applicable federal, state, and local fair-housing laws. BlueView does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other class protected under applicable law.
Privacy
We use your data for transactions where you engage us to complete on your behalf. We do not sell your data to 3rd parties.
